due to complexity are quoted on
project basis.

any other work, we charge a flat
fee of £25 per hour and
any parts you may need, with one
hour minimum charge, for extensive
work discounted rates apply.

Is there a callout fee to pay? |

No.
We do not charge a callout fee.

What happens if you are unable to
repair my fault? |

If
we cannot resolve your fault and
unable to advise you, our No-Fix-No-Fee
Policy means that you pay nothing
at all.

Do you charge for travelling time? |

No.
We do not charge for travelling
time - only the time spent by engineer
working on your computer.

Are your engineers qualified? |

Yes.
Our engineers are fully qualified
and highly experienced. They are
also Microsoft, Cisco and Sun accredited
and spent many years working in
industry.

Do you repair laptops and printers? |

Yes.
We carry out software and hardware
repairs to laptops and printers
such as hardware upgrades, driver
and/or installation problems.

Yes.
We provide FREE advice to all our
customers over the phone and email.
